The Emergency Simulation Program (ESP)
ESP Features
- Picture/Icon Based Navigation
- Easy yet Powerful Editing
- Digital Video Support
- Digital Audio Support
- Graphics Support
- Simulation Clock
- Launching External Applications
ESP's features and benefits can be summarized as follows:
- Digital Video: Microsoft Video For Windows Format (AVI), MPEG (MPG)
- Audio: Digital Audio (WAV, MP3)
- Graphics: Windows Bitmap Format (BMP), JPG, GIF
ESP supports several multimedia formats including:
- Minimum: Windows 98, Pentium 3/133Mhz, 256 MB RAM, 100 MB free disk space.
- Recommended: Windows XP/Windows 2000, Pentium 3 or better, 512 MB RAM
- Note: ESP requires two monitors to play back a simulation - One to act as the control panel or Console, and the other to actually display the media elements such as Digital Video and Graphics. For that reason, the most common configuration for ESP would require dual video cards (or a dual-head card) and dual monitors to be installed in order to present simulations.
